Privacy Policy for MiniPrint

MiniPrint is developed and published by Bayaan Consultancy. The short version: MiniPrint does all of its work on your device, sends what you print only to your printer, and does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data.
1. No data collection
We do not collect, store on any server, or transmit your personal data. The app has no user accounts and no login, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. The app does not request internet access permission.
2. What the app processes, and where
MiniPrint turns what you choose to print — text you type, photos, PDF and image files, and documents sent to it from other apps — into an image for a small thermal printer. All of this happens entirely on your device. What you print is sent only to your printer, directly over Bluetooth, and never to us or to any server.
3. Bluetooth and nearby devices
The Nearby devices permission is used only to find your printer, pair with it, and send print jobs to it. MiniPrint declares that it never uses Bluetooth scanning to work out your location, and it does not request any location permission. The app reads your printer’s battery level and paper status only to tell you whether it is ready to print.
4. Photos and files
Photos and files are opened only when you pick them, share them to MiniPrint, or print them from another app. They are read to prepare the print and are not copied anywhere else.
5. Printing from other apps
If you turn on MiniPrint in your device’s print settings, apps such as your browser or gallery can print through it. The document they send is processed on your device and sent to your printer in the same way. Nothing is uploaded.
6. Recent prints and settings
So that you can print something again with one tap, MiniPrint keeps your last five prints as images in its private storage on your device. It also remembers your printer and your print settings. None of this is backed up to the cloud or transmitted. You can clear recent prints at any time from the app’s menu, and uninstalling the app removes all of it.
7. Children
MiniPrint is a general-purpose printing utility. It is not directed at children.
8. Your control and data retention
Because all data stays on your device, you remain in full control of it. We hold no copy of anything you print.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
